Did anyone make it to the NOVI show? Did you get any deals?

Yep we were at the Novi show representing Algoma area and Superior Snow Challenge loop-there were some very good deals, bought some Reima gloves for 35.00 and some Yamaha Leather gloves for 24.00. Also bought a case of Bombardier synthetic oil for 85.00 -that was all we checked out, very good turnout and lots of vendors.

It was a great show. We went down Saturday morning, a last minute decision. Had a great room at the Residence Inn Marriott . Bought a set of 6 inch Woody carbides for only $38.00 from shade tree. A set of 96 Fast track triple x - 1.075 studs with backers, cutter and 6 extras for $105.00. A set of 1 inch Bomb. tunnel protectors with rivets for $20.00. Ski - Doo revolution Modular Helmet for a steal @ $180.00. Four - 4 litre jugs of Bomb. semi. syn. oil for $90.00, just awesome . Wife got a Cold wave jacket for $100.00 and a couple of Ski-Doo shirts for the kids.

There were tons of deals. Should of bought a few other items. Some other deals were V- force reeds for my 600 were only $179.00 complete. Klotz syn.oil 4 for $110.00, case of 3 jugs full syn. Bomb. oil $85.00. with only a 4 hour drive from Niagara and even less from Toronto, this is a must do show.

I was there Sunday, first time ever and will be back again next year. Lot's of deals, paid $207 Cdn for VForce3 reeds that sell for $329 + taxes up here. Bookdocker box for $344 US, $500 Cdn here + taxes.

Buddy purchased a complete SLP ceramic coated exhaust system for $400 US for 800 VES. We had a truck load of stuff coming back.

New, non current F7 for under $6k US, I paid $10,400 Cdn + taxes last year.

Two placed enclosed aluminum trailer for $1700 US what a deal.

Plus you can walk around with a beer in your hand and enjoy the show. Sounds like the best deals are to be had on Sunday, last day of show, dealers more inclined to deal.

Your most likely right about Sunday. We went Saturday to ensure that we could get what we wanted. After seeing how the show was next year we will arrive later on Saturday then go in on Sunday as well. Its just crazy how reasonable some of the more commonly used items were. One thing I forgot to mention was NGK - BR9ECS plugs for only $4.00 each and the BR9ES for $1.50. Glad you got some deals Kaz.

No problems with customs. I think the guy in the booth was a sledder himself.

Read Michigan reports for the deals that others got. Next year I will go to the Big Snoweast Snow show in Syracuse prior to the Novi show. I understand it is as good as the Novi show. To bad Toronto show sucks so badly.
