If this is the wrong place to ask, sorry, but it's the first place I thought of.
There's a bit of a squabble going on in NS (more in NS section) about age restrictions for ATV's, which are lumped in here with snowmobiles and 2 wheelers as Off Highway Vehicles. There are a group of doctors lobbying for a complete ban of anybody under the age of 16 being allowed to ride ATV's. Which in turn relates to the other OHV's. They had a letter in today's local rag, saying among other things that 'The government of Newfoundland and Labrador has had the foresight to pass recent legislation along these lines.' Can one of you guys tell me what they're talking about, or post a link to the legislation or information about it? Thanks a bunch, this is starting to get out of hand here...
