Slice them in half length ways and clean,put small peice of swiss in bottom,then add proscuttio (sp) (dried ham) then a larger peice of swiss on top,wrap with half slice of bacon,cook until bacon is to your liking.......hold it together with toothpick.....Tuna mixed with spicey mustard is good too,instead of ham.If you want them HOT put a few drops of chinese hot oil in the tuna mixture.....that'll wake up your buddies!! :beerchug:
