Default Rear wheel kit?

After talking to the Polaris parts department, it looks like there is no specific rear wheel kit for the indy. Does any body know exactly what parts are needed to piece this kit together? Part numbers would be sweet.

a 3/4" rear axle shaft out of an proX, Iq, fusion, or old Edge skid is all you need and 2 rear wheels of your choice.

My dealer had them for $56. He ended up giving them to me though. If your buying a new sled deffinately have them thrown in the deal. Mine are the goofy looking IQ style wheel, but their all black, so it looks fine.
