I agree. Plus the crimp is already done. I used right angle drill. Was able to do it with sled on the floor. Decided I wanted to go bigger than 1/4". Had done one side 1/4". Very easy with sharp bit. But ended up going to 21/64 (.328 next good bit I had) Found out the hard way, use largest bit you want to in the first place. I had more deburring to do on the side I drilled twice. Other side went right for the bigger bit & was almost burr free. GREAT traction, snow evacuation, maybe a little more fluid/dust hits track & didn't weaken boards any. Plus free! What else you got WT? I'm using ALL your tips. Now if only my scratchers would get in before next ride!:bc:
