Just trying to think of stuff that needs to be addressed with our dealers before we take delivery of our sleds and compile it in one thread. If i forgot anything please let me know and ill add it to the list, thanks

1100 turbo's and na's

a. High/lo light dimmer switch recall

b. Reverse issues/ chaincase problems

c. Waste gate valve sticking (excess weld)

d. air filter elbow doesnt fit correctly

e. loose primary clutch (re torque to 55 lbs)

Is it breaking? Or meltting something ?

if inj tank is filled to far up the plastic filler neck it can leak.
make sure you have the o-ring in the cap part # is 0109-733

A small portion of the hood sits on the exhaust and COULD....not saying it will... but COULD be a problem


I know they fixed the issue at the factory and i wanna say it was maybe 3 weeks or so ago with making a slight indent on the exhaust sheild

Glad mine is being built now on the 28th

I thought the OEM o ring wasnt big enough and the fix was a larger size o ring....i thought i read a guy getting a slightly larger size at the hardware store but i could have been mistaken

I think you're right. I seen that somewhere here.
If the OEM o-ring is there, then as long as its not filled to high up the neck it shouldnt leak.
lots of people like to fill them to the top.
In that case a thicker o-ring would seal better.
the o-ring it comes with is the same one used on some AC gas caps.
