Default 2012 Pro Rmk 600 big HP.

Snowmobile .com Claims 130hp+ for the new 600 Pro rmk at 431 lbs.If this is a close guess on Hp,it's gonna be one strong 600.

This sled will sell out fast in the West ,seeing the 2011 800 Rmk was the top selling sled for 2011.

I can see some riders in the East starting to buy's these sleds.

Not a bad looking sled either, I don't think I'd get the 144, I think they make the 144? there isn't much mountains in maine but we get a lot of snow.

They only make a 155 in the 600 Pro-RMK. You can get a regular RMK in 144 and 155. Good luck finding a Pro-600 back East though, nobody seemed to order them...

Porker EXCELLENT post as usual!
This Snowmobile report matches what I was told by two good sources in April that the 2012 600 CFI-2 RMK would have 130+ HP and a light weight can. Also that the flatland 2012 600 CFI-4 Rush would have the old heavy can & produce 115 HP on 10% ethanol fuel or 125 HP with 91 octane non ethanol fuel resistor.

In April several on HCS blasted me for those comments as the official Polaris Snowmobile Internet sight in April indicated that the 600 Rush would have a light weight can.

I have a good source that is checking out what it would take to get our 125??? HP 600 Pro R Switchbacks up to the 130+ 600 RMK HP???? It would be great if it would be only a CFI calibration as I was told in April??? Most likely it will be new cylinders, exhaust system, injectors, etc, etc & $$$$???????

how about the regular rmk 600 with a 1 3/8 inch cobra track. set the ski width to 41 inches and you got yourself a 600 assualt. that would be one sweet runner if it makes 130+ hp.

If you live in Maine, give Jackman Powersports a try. They usually stock a fair amount of mountain sleds.
