Default IMPORTANT! 2012 XF Steering linkage bolts

Just an FYI; in last week 2 sleds from same dealer, 2012 XF 800 and LXR 800, have had the nut on the lower steering linkage fall off. A very serious issue if riding in trails or at high speeds. It appears that nuts had not been tightened, as nylon locking nut had no marks in it. Check that nut and advise please. Is this a wide spread problem?
