Looks like the new Ctec2 8000 motor uses a new belt... Part #0627-111. Guess I will be giving away my spare belts with my older sled instead of carrying them over. Oh and to top it off they are more expensive.....

Are they different length/width or just made of a different type of material. Might be able to use your spare belts as a spare.

Don,t be in to big a hurry to get rid of your old belts.
You are looking at a pre production sled, and as you may well know, items are subject to change before the final product is delivered.
What you think you are getting if you order to-day, might very well change by tomorrow. All manufacturers have that right.

These sleds have already started shipping. I have already seen Zr's and cross country's out.

Its also a new compound, somewhat between 83 and 84. More consistency for sure than the 84.
Look for cat belt prices to drop in the next coming months.

New belt because of the 0 deflection. I was told MSRP is going to be $159 across the board on these vs. $209 on the old belts.

I picked up my 18 today and wasn't expecting $194 for the new belt...... .... and was told that was after discounting it off the $209 retail .....
