I will be the first to throw out a date: feb 5th
The reasoning is that after riding that area for a long time the first few weeks in feb seem to be the most reliable to have good rideable snow and its also late enough to be almost gauranted safe ice and gives guys some time to do some testing and tuning before they go up to dons.
