I just went on the recall site for Cat. No recall on the 2011 Sno Pro ECU. The SP 500 if I remember correct was built in September.

Exactly!! Who gives a fuck? 2.5 pages of guys disagreeing on build dates? Way of topic. If you really are determined to find the build date, take your VIN to the dealer and I'm sure they can give you the exact day.

its not build dates that's the issue. Theres enough confusion over a ecu remap that is intended for 2010s , it was claimed the 2011s needs the remap as well which is false. (there has been plenty of posts on this) also the op stated it was a problem similar to what the 2010 had but his are 2011s. its on topic but someone who doesnt know what they are talking about with the ecu or should I say has been mislead by their dealer on it has drug this out
