Talking pro r 800 on the radar gun

Had the gun out yesterday on the lake and my 2012 pro r 800 went 109 mph and my brother's 2013 pro r le 800 went 108 mph. I was riding both sled's to make it fair i must say we are both happy with the sled's.

So what did the speedo say? I've been to a few 1000 ft races this year and 95 is my best. We ran at St Germaine on friday and that ice was rock hard and when the wind blew I slid sideways at the end of the track. My sons stock pro r went 94.1 my rush lx went 94.5(144 studs) and my brothers 13 sb went 95.7(162 studs).

My sled will only do 105 speedo tops. Granted it is a Switchback with the 136" track.

Any tuning tips? I checked chain and track tension and installed a bigger windshield. RPMs are around 8200-8300 with 1/4" of marker left on the clutch.
I am thinking about going 2 grams heavier on the clutch weights when I get a chance.
