Default Broken Power Valve

ok this is a new one on me, after giving up on the d8 i got the new 800 pro r and to this point i could not be happier. went out last nite for a little rip and like usual the sled was performing well, got out on a nice straight away and pinned it and she took off like a bat out of hell and then bam, no power. would bog out at 6k, limped it home and took to the dealer this morning. i thought injectors took a crap but it turns out the power valve stripped the nut off. just wanted to pass this on to you guys. so check your NUTS. dealer is pulling one off a new sled so will be up and running this afternoon. thanks everyone for a great resource of info. i gotta say i love this sled

I have had the nut strip off on my older edge once and they still use the smart design. Most likely it was overtourqed and partially striped from the factory.

That's a good dealer to get u in and out ASAP. Enjoy the sled.

I had the same thing happen to my 600, I've got some theory's but I'm not 100% sure why it happened.
