You should be on DooTalk asking this question, that's where you will get the best answers. There are alot of good Turbo systems out there, MC Xpress being one of the tops. Full Power Performance also have a nice kit. Ulmer Racing would be another good choice. If you are wnating to make 250-300HP, be prepared to spend alot of cash. Those are big gains and if you want it reliable, you will pay big $$. MC Xpress 240HP kit is $6900 plus install ( unless you are mechanically inclined )..the others 190-200HP kits start at $4000.

X2 on the ulmer or Full Power. For the price to HP both those kits give you they cant be beat. The MCX set up is nice, but pricey. Also consider who is closest to you and where you can get parts/service/help from. That plays big into it when your doing your first build. Also powderlites makes a nice set up.

There is only 1 guy doing Supercharger and they are more custom one offs that roughly cost more then the sled.

Number one is install. Make sure its right the first time and all will be good. Also think about all the added costs that you don't know about. Clutching, the stock clutch will explode, you can pin/mod it through CJ's powersports, or add another 1500 to it for a STM or Polar. gearing cause stock is geared to low. Traction, lots of picks for the 50plus more HP you will be adding, or a different track to handle the power. Added cooling cause now your making more heat with more HP. Gauges, at least Boost, Air to Fuel Ratio and Temp. Install yourself or adding another 750 to 1000 for a shop to do it.

Then your adding in more wear item costs, picks, bogie wheels, belts, etc. The added HP will eat all that up.

There is no bolt on and forget it kit out there. You always have to mind fuel, good fresh 91-93 octane at all times on low boost, Air/fuel ratio, boost setting, belt wear, heat engine temp.....Every time you ride.

Now all that being said, once you ride a turbo sled your hooked and will never want to ride a stock sled again. Once everything is dialed in nice, for the most part it wont change but things do happen, boost leaks, oil lines break, coolant leaks etc. I started turboing sleds in 2004 on a RX-1 and every year since then. They are great will last along time if treated right.
