Default Parting out a 2002 Polaris Pro-X 600

I am parting out a 2002 Polaris Pro-X 600, all parts are for sale, came from a good running sled. All parts for sale are listed below, but if you don’t want to read through it all message me with any inquiry!

Under the hood:

-Motor: 2002 Liberty 600 V.E.S. 123/125 compression, 8000 miles, but only 1700 on complete fresh rebuild. Runs great, only ‘issue’ is one of the exhaust valve cover bolts stripped, so I replaced it with a longer 10mm bolt, and put a nut on the other side. It comes with carburetors (38mm Rack’s), Y-pipe, recoil, primary clutch (120-310 spring, 10-58 weights), motor straps, CDI & wiring harness, ignition, heat sensor, outer coil and the oil pump and fuel pump.

-Secondary clutch: Polaris roller (Silver/blue spring, R11 helix) good condition.

-Airbox: good condition comes with boots, foam and inner shelf.

-Oil reservoir: has the storage box in it, fuel pump mounting bracket, cap is not stripped unlike most.

-Pipe: good condition, pump has a little bit of surface rust, and the heat shield has 1 ding in it.

-Sno Stuff Rumble Pack exhaust can (1 season old) & stock exhaust can.

-Chaincase: everything is in good condition, 24/41 gearing.

-Brake: Hayes brakes, rotor is in good condition, pads are in good condition and brake line is braided steel.

-All coolant hoses are in good condition, come with coolant bottle.

-Other misc parts (belt guard, speedometer drive housing, shock tower cover (1), motor mounts (3) and the jackshaft, or anything else you might need).

Chassis/suspension & misc parts:

-Front shocks: Ryde-FX non-clicker, compression adjustable, shocks still have a good charge, but a inspection couldn’t hurt them, Red springs, minimal
surface rust.

-Radius rods: All straight, 2 lowers, 2 uppers, all come with tie-rod ends, 2 steering arms (come with steering brackets and boots), minimal surface rust.

-Trailing arms: both are good and straight, paint has chipped off at front and a little on top, come with bolts & bushings, sway bar blocks and spindles.
Both LH & RH available.

-Sway bar: black and in good condition.

-Front bumper Y-brace: good condition, no dents or bends, comes with hood flares:

-Front bumper: trail version bumper (black) & Pro-XR race front bumper (painted black, but paint is chipping).

-Holeshot skid-plate: blue, in good condition, comes with mounting hardware, will fit Pro-X/XcSp.

-Skis: black in color, saddle less design, come with black OR red loops (paint is chipping red loops), mounting hardware and spindle stoppers, great
condition, NO carbides.

-Rear bumper covers: black, in good condition.

-Tunnel supports: silver in color, good condition.

-Rear suspension: Ryde-FX reservoir shocks (compression adjustable), they are a little soft, but spring back up to where they should be), main springs
are stock .359” square wire, all arms and everything are good, no cracks or bends. A little bit of surface rust in places, some of the idler wheel bearings
need replacing, 4-wheel rear axle.

-Rear Bumper: silver, good condition.

-Seat: foam is good, plastic ‘body’ is also good, all lights work, lens is perfect, but the cover has a few little holes, and 1 of the seams is split in 2

-Gas tank: Black, 45 litre capacity, brand new gas cap (has gauge), comes with fuel sending line.

-Gas tank shroud: Black in color, a few of the tabs are broken off, otherwise no cracks, or damage, has hole for heated visor, key switch, hand warmer

-Handlebar riser block, pivoting style, stock Pro-X 3.75” block, good condition.

-ProTaper SE (ATV LOW) handlebars: great condition, come with Scott grips, throttle block with lever and bar pad

-Brake master cylinder: brake control that mounts to handlebar, great condition, brake lever and light switch/wire come with it.

-Hood: Red in color, great condition, only has 1 little paint chip the size of a beer bottle cap. Has custom made decal kit, comes with headlight (works
perfect, Xenon bulbs) and screens (black plastic’s).

-Speedometer & Tachometer: both work fine, solid white 5” gauges, odometer has 8100 miles on it. 6 pulse tachometer.

-Driveshaft (2): both are in good condition & come with bearings, both has 2-drivers (good condition), 1 is off this Pro-X, the other is off a 2003 Polaris

-Belly pan: Red in color great condition other than 1 patch that is ‘scuffed’ about the size of a VHS movie.

-Chassis: silver in color, comes with tunnel, bulkhead, shock tower cross brace, foot rests, and all heat exchangers unless sold, it comes with

Anything else I missed, or you are looking for, message/PM me! Make an offer on anything.

Note: windshield is 12” red chrome, but is damaged (hole in side), I am keeping the track, belts, storage bag on the belt guard and snowflap.
