I just bought a new 600 E-tech. The front end is rocky when going through fresh snow. It seems to rock from side to side on the ski's. Looking for any advice on setting up the suspension, it's currently set from the factory. I'm about 180lbs. Also, has anyone drilled out the ski's to put a second set of runners on the outside?

Added second set of runners to mine. Made a huge difference. Kept the suspension settings from factory.

Went with (2) 6" Shaper bars per ski.

Found this on Supertrax website:

"The other issue is ski darting. Although the sled doesnít display this characteristic as much at higher speeds, everyone who has ridden the Rennie and other 121-inch XP models too, feels the darting is both unnerving and annoying.

Hereís the fix. Go to your dealer and buy the extra carbide runners for the sledís Pilot skis. Just drill the holes (the bosses are already there) and ante up for a second set of carbides. It makes a world of difference to have two runners per ski. "

Anybody have a fix for the "speed wobble" that xp's get when say crossing a lake and you get inco 6 or so inches of fresh and let off the gas? This almost made me need new pants the first time it happened at 80+mph. Seems like a steering stabilizer from a street bike would be of help here.

Cool

i have 1200 miles on my 09 600 ETEC TNT. I weigh 185, ride aggressively. I have the front shocks tuned to the top line of #3, center stock(#2), rear spring LT/RT set at 2, and both real couplers are at 2. I was surpised i could go to 3 on the skiis, no problem though. I replaced the center carbide wth a 6" shaper, no outside rail yet. Did put an outside rail on the 800R. ETEC still handles better than the 800 shorty 09.

FWIW, you can't compare TNT and Adrenaline settings because of they are different enough (atleast it hasn't worked for me this season).
