Long story short. I have a 99 thundercat and did not have a headlights or tach hooked up last year. So this year I went to hook up fog lights and also my tach. The lights are dim and the tach wouldn't read over 2000rpms. I replaced the volt regulator and still got nothing. I don't know where to start to fix this
