Ya got this same chart, but that D & D teal, according to the D & D site is 170/280.. but the chart and I've heard from others also that it was 185/295. I just had a post today about this with no replys yet. Probably everyone thinks its 185/295 since this chart is going around everywhere but the other D&D springs on the chart match the D&D site.

if anyone wants THE setup for a ZRT 600 i will post it here. This was run on a 96 with roundslides, stock pipes, carbs, heads, everything bone stock.

Gut the air box.
310 main jets + or - one size depending on elevation and temperature.
raise the clips (dropping the needle) one spot, so they are now in the 4th posistion from the bottom, 2nd from the top.
50 gram weights in the primary
stock yellow primary spring
cut yellow secondary spring is what i ran, although a red white secondary works very well too.
24/39 gearing
62/50 helix
010 belt
192 studs, I always ran br9eya plugs, some run ES, i diddnt notice any difference, always run shell 91.

This exact setup on an otherwise bone stock 96 zrt600 would pull away from ANY other stock 600 on the lake. believe it or not i pulled a piped f3, zr700, zl800, the only sled who gave me a run for my money was an 04f6 with a Y pipe and a clutch kit with lots of studs, he would sneak out by half a sled and it took me 1000+ feet to reel him in. but i always did.

Excellent trail setup aswell, very sharp throttle response. Hope this helps!

Just make sure you look at the rates?????

Don't just look at the numbers, the compression distance to get the numbers varies from each source.
For example
arctic cat is measured at a distance of 2 9/16"and 1 5/16"
D&d is measured at 2.9" and 1.6" etc.

So if you are just number shopping,
You are not getting the same thing.
They are compressed at different lengths for the rates they advertise
