seems like all the forums owned by Vertical Scope are this way. They own the forum, they sell the ads to the sponsors, and have to protect that interest. Good business for them, bad for the users

The Polaris forum here is just as bad. Those guys will defend Polaris forever even though, the biggest Rush supporter, Big Fuse, jumped to an Indy 800, LOL....

Both sites are brand specific. Were you expecting to jump in and trash their product and everything be fine?

I've found Dootalk to be a fairly tolerant place in the past. It's been a while since I've been over there though.

As far as the Polaris forums here... Shocker I know but actually people have really appreciated the usual bs being out of there. That's what the general is for.

You mention anything about a problem and you get a warning, like WTF?

We all know the doo has had piston issues in and out from 2004 up, along with others. But if you mention this, it's like your conspiring against doo.

they should call it doo propaganda

^ how did you mention it? I love dootalk and I can tell judging my the amount of build threads, questions, burn downs etc that its an issue and rather obvious. You dont really need to point it out.

Funny Polaris has had issues with their CFI 800 engine since it was developed. But remember Doo warrantied their pistons Polaris did little.

Polaris did little? They provided new top ends to all 2009 & 2010 owners. Regardless, I'm not trying to turn this into a pissing match. Every brand has issues, and nobody should be surprised if they bad mouth a product in a brand specific forum or site and get slapped with a warning/vacation.
