Default Who needs a doggone garage/shop furnace??. .Propane, bottom draft, nice little burner

Listed last year and didn't sell . .still sitting in my garage and need to make it go away. .. ..so ..what it is. . an LSI propane forced air furnace for sale that I've used in my garage the past few years but recently went to a wood stove for heat. Works perfectly, comes with a thermostat, and appx. 10-15 foot gas line to hook it to a propane bottle with the proper fitting for a 100 lb. bottle. Input is 80k btu, output is 64k btu. My garage is a 26 x 26 and it heats it just fine. The downdraft means it blows out the bottom of the unit, which is nice because it spreads heat out around the floor, then rises. Located in Belle Plaine, just west of Cedar Rapids. ..Asking 275 .00/offer. . thanks

A standard rule with ammunition.. it's better to have too much than not enough, cause if you end up having not enough things generally don't turn out for the best.
