I just got back from riding with my current group of riding buddies and am nearly sick to my stomach. All they want to do everytime we ride is go from 1 bar to another, having 3 or 4 drinks at each. Is this the norm? Where do I have to go to find people that want to RIDE, not DRINK.

The group I ride with has lost 3 members. I started riding wit them about 3 years ago. I was a little worried about how much they would drink and how fast they would go to boot. They don't drink very much and are not as crazy as I had herd. Anyways it shouldn't take 3 deaths to wake the fuck up. Drink when you done riding

i started riding with a couple guys because they didnt drink. but they rode the trails way to fast and scary. they would fly into corners at the line they wanted to take the corner not the outside and do it at the fastest speed they could. it only took a couple rides and i was done with that.

Sadly the group I ride with is kind of the same. A few of the older guys want to ride about 5 miles stop drink a beer and smoke a cig then ride 5 more miles. It goes on all day and our rides end up sucking. Trying to talk my Dad into buying a sled so we can enjoy it more.

Zero during the day, once the sleds are parked, we either have a couple back at the room or take a cab into town n toss a few down. |
