Maybe doctors should look into this newly developed medical technique "loud pipes save lives" Better hurry up and purchase your loud pipes people, if the doctors corner the market on them, the price will increase 2000%
For sale: 1 aftermarket performance enhancing "can" (*) (*14 ounces lighter than stock 2 to 5 hp. loss permanent hearing loss unwanted attention getter pisses off land owners to no end BUT, IT SAVES LIVES! ahhhhhh) so its got that going for it, which is nice. who makes these life savers? These are much cheaper than pipes: can be mounted to any helmet, so if you switch sleds for the day , your protected!--awesome!

You got it right on the nose.
Carl Spackler: So I jump ship in Hong Kong and make my way over to Tibet, and I get on as a looper at a course over in the Himalayas. A looper, you know, a caddy, a looper, a jock. So, I tell them I'm a pro jock, and who do you think they give me? The Dalai Lama, himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald... striking. So, I'm on the first tee with him. I give him the driver. He hauls off and whacks one -- big hitter, the Lama -- long, into a ten-thousand foot crevice, right at the base of this glacier. And do you know what the Lama says? Gunga galunga...gunga -- gunga galunga. So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consiousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice. |

Loud Pipes DO save lives:
they get trails closed, traffic must go a different route, same a-hole with the loud pipe makes next landowner sick of the sound, next trail closed, pretty soon fewer trails, fewer trails = less riding less riding = less snowmobeilers less people riding = safer......yes we will all be like hamsters in a hamster wheel just going around our house but no one to blame but ourselves |

I don't like the cans and all the noise either, and I do understand the private land
deal and all that, BUT I also think the loud pipes on all motorcycles should be banned they do have sound laws but they are not enforced. I live in an area that gets a lot of motorcycle traffic in the summer. at night you can not sleep due to either the scream of a crotch rocket or the BLAAAAP---BLAAAAAAAP-----BLAAAAAAAAP of harley my wife gets so pissed it's not even funny and we live about 1/4 mile of the main street. the cops will be getting a lot of calls about noise from me and my nieghbors this summer. weve already discussed that. hopefully they will start writing for noise. |
