Default Polaris 120 Mini Mountain Sleds...His and Hers with PICS

I built these 2 sleds for my 6 year old son and 8 year old daughter.
They have become known as the Red Dragon and the Pink Flamer.

Bought the engines, tracks, clutches, and drivers from RecMotor.

Built the rear skid, suspension, tunnel extension, seats and handle bars.

I did all of the work in my garage and now I am praying for snow.

Engines: Robin EH17 w/stage II kit...8HP+
Dominator Clutch
#35 Chain
Extrovert Drivers
98" track
Custom Handle Bars w/heated grips
Modified Extra 10 rails
Added rear coilover shock (honda crf50 shock)
C&A Pro Skis
Custom Tunnel Extension
Custom Hirise Seats

NICE. This is exactly what I had in mind for my Boys 120 possibly next winter. Any idea what the cost was for just the track and suspension upgrade?

Rear Skid:

$100 for Polaris extra 10 rails at junkyard, cut off rear of rails and welded the rear axle portion of the 120 rails onto the new longer rails. Welded new torque arm mounts to new rails.

Lengthened Torque arm 5 inches.

coilover shock: $130...crf50 shock basically

Track: $525 from RecMotor...It is 1 1/2 stock tracks vulcanized together

Tunnel extension probably cost $60 total to build and piece together.

Those look great! I hope you get a ton of snow out there so your kids can rip it up.

The sleds look great, nice work...

But I think your son would look better with a purple jersey...

Default New Rear Bumpers...Polaris Pro Carbon Fiber

I picked up a couple of used Polaris Pro carbon fiber rear bumpers, cut the width down and installed them on the 120's. Turned out nice.
