It's a Honda clone 200cc 6.5hp- govener gear removed, 18lbs valve springs, custom pipe with baffle, Mikuni 22mm round slide carb, 10 tooth Sporttec clutch x 36 tooth rear.

It seems to run good, but I realize the carb is not jetted properly to allow maxium performance. Does anyone have an idea of what jets and needle setting for this set-up? It would be nice to be pointed in the right direction to save several hours of testing.

Also I have a 26 tooth rear sprocket to test, will it have the balls to turn it?

Thanks in advance.
Dave

dave, you expect people to reply to you when you tell us all this work you did and no pictures?
good work on the install. hope it looks as good as it sounds. i too am running a 36 tooth and it has all kinds of bottom end still. but i wonder if a 12 tooth drive sprocket would be the better choice then you could go back to using a bigger one in the rear and make it down to your 36 again. know what i mean? i am thinking with the 10 tooth driver, maybe a 30 would be nice but that is really moving. ethans 200 is doing about 25-27 mph now with the current set-up. as for your jetting, sorry i cant help as i have yet to install my 22mm carb. ethan would be pissed if i took it out of service again to put that in, so it will have to be a summer mod along with the chromoly arms i am making for it.

anyway good to hear you get er in there. now i can come to you for ideas on jetting when i get mine on!!

Sorry no pics...... but here is a video of it installed and running.
ZR200HO

It currently has a 10 tooth clutch and a 30 tooth rear. Seams decent except our snow is $hit and pretty near gone.........

The 26 was a little to tall, it's now sitting on the bench!

I used a piece of 1" stainless steel tubing which we have at work. I bent it with a tube bender, again from work and bought one of these: RLV Baffle
It's louder than stock but not ridiculous.

like dave, i made my own out of 1" o.d. pipe that was from a school bus seat frame. the muffler i made myself as well out of aluminum pipe and packed it with steel wool for now. kinda rappy and a little too loud so says the wife.
