Lawyer looking for Petition signers-EMAIL US-Class ACTION Federal Challenge to Ban

Lawyer : Jim Tresmond, Attorney in Buffalo, New York. Attorney phone is 716.202.4301

Successfully represented clients in the past on Second Amendment issues in NYS Supreme Court. This case is pro-bono for all the gun owners of New York.

According to Mr. Tresmond the new ban is illegal as it is an ex-facto law taking away previously owned property and he intends to file this action in Federal Court.

We are looking for as many as possible to add to CLASS ACTION CASE:

If its class action your names just on the list right?? Not really sure how it works against a law no money involved like for a vehicle issue so I'm just wondering before I send info in

Good luck. I can't imagine what it would be like to live in your state. Soon you will have no freedoms left at all and that seems to suit the low information, parasitic voters who seem to be the majority.
OT a bit; Do you think Remington will leave the state? If I were running that company we'd be packing up this morning and we'd be gone.

As far as I can tell it is for real, tried calling the number and the mailbox is full. Did a reverse search on the number and the names match up. According to that board they already have a great many names. The suit does have legal grounds. putting my name in tonight. I should have included the link in the original post so you guys could investigate it yourselves.

sent my info in, and yes its legit Its all over the news that he's doing it and a couple of other lawyers joined in to help.. Apparently Tresmond has brought other pro 2nd amendment issues to the Supreme Court and won
