I have a 2006 T660 ST. I have about 5,000 km on it and I love the sled. I noticed on my most recent trip that the speed seems to top out at about 130 km/hr (80 mph). I think previously I was able to get more than that but don't know for sure. What should I be able to get on the right surface, and if I'm right that 130 is too low, what might be wrong? All other aspects of performance are fine, including acceleration.

I also have an 06 ST, top end really depends on the surface you are on. Early this year on ice and hard pack I got 100MPH on the speedo that was backed up with my GPS reading 98.7 MPH. Just last week on the same trail with freshly groomed snow I could only manage 86, again verified by GPS.

I did some radar runs with my 05 ST 99,103,101,102 don't think I'll get much more out of a stock setup.

Turbo Touring..... Fast to low 80's then creeps to mid 90's depending on conditions.

I hit 102 mph on hardpacked this year with Turbomania's setup, might have had a bit more left but ran out of room.
