A few years back I bolted on a set of pipes with the stingers on my 96 ext 580 .... jetted and clutched it up as recomended ,,,,,, It sure woke it up buttt man it was loud ..... close to making your ears bleed .... guess there are trail pipes and race pipes...... I had gotten ahold of the race pipes ... if any one wants them they were taken off the next day and my buddy has them now laying in his shop ...... I'm sure he'll sell them cheap
