Is there a site that gives the Arctic cat spring ratings per colour for primary and sec springs.

Black Magic used to show a chart for both AC and BM primary and secondary springs. Not sure about the NEW Black Magic site though.

Take a look at http://www.blackmagicracing.com/

Yep, just checked. They're still there.

I am trying to set up my 2002 600ZRT the same or close to what I ran all my Zerts at.The primary has a yellow /green which is ok but the sec has a Red/white which is the same as was in my 2001 ZRT Touring. Its very stiff.I normally run a 57/50 helix with a yellow spring. The closest I beleive I have is a light purple colour.I was wondering where the purple fell into to spring rates for the sec.I always thought it was just above the yellow but I forget.I just replaced the 23/40 stock gearing with my favorite 20/39.I hate stock sleds. Thanks for the help.Update.I just got back from a test run on the small lake behind my home and the setup with the purple spring works awesome.Pulls 8400 rpms on up through to 100mph.Not enough room to hold it farther.

I don't think cat has a purple secondary. I just got a purple secondary from EPI, and it is stiffer than the red/white I was using on my 900, but less than the green cat. The red/white would just let the belt blow around the clutches on a good holeshot ( not enough side pressure) The 900 is a different animal, but I think the purple depending on who makes it is stiffer than the red/white cat spring. I did run the green cat spring with a 60/50 helix, and 20/39 gears in my zrt6 when I had it, and it was a good all around performer for trail/ drags with good backshift in the trail. Some people think the green is too stiff, but it worked for me..just my 2 cents. MIKE>>>

Not sure where i got the light purple spring for the sec but I had it for a few years. It is defenitely lighter than the stock red and white.Never seen a green sec before but I will check it out.I agree with the 20/39 gears .I ran them in my 96,97 and 2000 ZRT 600's.This 2002 pulls awesome with this setup but when I had it out for a first run Sat it was a Dog stock.
