I'm resurrecting an old sled for my neighbor's son and looking to replace the nose cone on his 1984 Indy Trail 440 fan cooled sled. There are tons of these nose cones on ebay but not going back to '84. Anybody know what newer year Polaris nose cones might fit this sled? I can't even find parts diagrams for this sled, the Polaris website only goes back to 1985.

Thanks.

I have micro-fiche back to 1971 or earlier if you need me to look up part numbers.

They are the same nosecone used on all the Indy's up through 1987. Only difference is the 80-82 TXL's and Centurions were dark blue. Otherwise they are all the same. You could order one for a 1985-87 and it would be the same

fastsleddr - if you have one let me know. Otherwise I'll try and get a part number from the previous poster.

Thanks to all for your help.
