I bought a set of clutches (P-85 primary) and I need to know how to tell if the primary has wide or narrow rollers so I can buy a rebuild kit for it. What the difference between a P85 and a P90?

P90 was only used on 340's and ATV's if I remember correctly.

As for rollers , I found this on the http://www.wahlracing.com/store/product_in...roducts_id=3018 website:
Quote:
Polaris Clutch Rebuild Kit, Narrow
Wahl Part Number: 07-780 $85.95

Includes 6 Buttons, 12 Button Shims, 3 Rollers, 3 Roller Pins, 9 Multilube Washers and 3 Weight Pins. Narrow roller is .360” wide.[/b]
I believe wide rollers are .540" ....anyone?

That is correct Ivar.
.540" wide
.350" narrow

Unless the clutch was purchased new and not on a sled, the date of manufacture is stamped on the clutch with other numbers which tells which clutch it is.
