took my valve out today for a cleaning and found one cracked across the face and the nut on the top has the treads all stripped out and the valve was just floating in the hole. Ive tracked down parts but with the snowstorm we r saposed to get i dont think ill be able to ge tthem before the weekend. will i hurt anything to put it back together and run it like this?

It will if the valve breaks off or otherwise drops into the motor.

1st thing the engine will fall flat on its face about 7200 RPM with only one valve working properly, The second thing is the risk of added damage. I would park it until you can replace the parts. My dealer had the parts in stock. Another option is find some used parts in good condition. If you know of anyone who repairs as an indy good change he will have what you need.
