Many of our trails are multiuse trails, meaning you can snowmobile or ATV on the same trail. We saw this quite often this year, not that I personally condone this on some trails in soft conditions but when the trails start to go bad during the end of the year it makes no diff to me! What I don't care for is when the atv fishtails all over the trail resulting in ruts from side to side. These people typically get the big middle finger wave from everyone. No need for that.
We ran our RZR's about 3 weeks ago as the trails were so hard they never left much of a mark. Keep in mind "ALL" trails close as of April 1st until I think May 15th. This is a dry up time that the forest service came up with. I do think your good to run a lot of the roads if they are gas taxed as they can't stop you! |

I want to ad that if you have never been here snowmobiling or on an ATV you need to check it out. This place rocks for ATV use due to the amount of miles of forest roads and trails, not to mention the Tri County Corridor. I also think the Tri County Corridor is not closed for that dry up time, but don't quote me????
As far as ATV travel now, WAY TO MUCH DEEP SNOW YET on the trails and the fire roads! Unless you like getting stuck a lot? |
