Question: is the outlaw and open classes studded only? I am guessing that is what your're saying. I am asking because my sled is bigger than a 1000cc's and a trail sled but there is no class for me other than mod and outlaw.

Yep - If you are over 1000cc you will run Mod Open and can jump into Outlaw. Good catch "yes" I ment Trail Imp Studded

I am seeing 40+ degree weather for next week. Do they have a cancelation policy? If they have to cancel will they do it by "X" time. Or if there is a question will they announce that it is still a "go" by "X" time?
