Where have they been out though Oldforge or Inlet ? rode through Inlet two hrs ago nothing has been touched and groomers are all parked. Branches down single lane guess we have to go to oldforge to get our moneys worth out of our permits.

Oldforge trails are awesome some of the best riding this year but unfortunately town of INLET is not on the same page. maybe they dont care about snowmobilers and the money they generate, maybe they are just lazy maybe OLDFORGE should receive more of the permit funds because they just do a better job. thanks town of webb. 168 miles mostly to myself today more in the forecast cant ride in july.

So the moose river plains must be garbage then? Would it be worth it to ride the kids over to the T?

There is no Town of Inlet groomers. It's all Town of Webb. There is the Inlet Barnstormers but that is not the Town. Not sure how Inlet can be so bad and Old Forge be so good when it's groomed by the same groomers? As far as free riding, I've never heard of that. I DO KNOW that if you buy a permit now it will be good for next year also.

Just checked their website and this is the real facts copy and pasted:

The Towns of Webb & Inlet are offering a special Spring promotion. Purchase your next season’s snowmobile trail permits (2013-2014) for the sale price of $65 and ride the rest of this season for free. This promotion is only available if purchased in person.
