I tried everything to make a clean pass on the guy, but i must has bounced off em' 3 or 4 times. I just kept tellin' my self...''dont scratch that thing or you're a dead man''!!! It was a lot of fun. Gonna have to hit the gym, or pick up an old YZ and pound some laps over the summer though......12 laps into a 20 lap main and i was sucking wind, after i got up and got back on the sled.

i was surprized at how relatively minor the damage was for the amount of contact we made.
well i was able to rub out most of the damage, there's only one battle scar that is permanent. screw it that's what your there for... i think we will learn as we go. judging from some of the "stock sleds" that showed up i would say we need to start bending the rules ALLOT more. i do have to admit the polaris boys did do a great job yesterday. my hats off to yamajunk for puttin it to them in the 295 super stock on a 250. great job.

Hey, i managed to squeak out a 6th place finish in the main, on a sled with more crash damage then Cale Yarborough had, going over the fence at Tallagega back in 88, which is waaayy better than any sissy boy lake racer could have done, so i guess i'm happy with that for now, just gotta get in shape, slow it down a bit, and be more patient. That and i'm going to hack a hole in my helmet so i can keep one burnin' while i'm out there.
Yamajerk was strutting around the pits like Ric Flair after......... Those Colts most def handle the ruts a heck of a lot better than the cats seem to though, and Yamajunk made the most of it, thats for sure. 75 laps of that shit........thats pretty impressive
