Default Storm Feb 8th & 9th?

Acting like a homicide detective it's interesting to understand the motives of Mothernature and her cold blooded ways of assassinating Old Man Winter. Looking ahead the next couple of months there isn't a chance he'll be revived!

New England Weather Works is beating a drum about a possible Friday thing. The euro is pointing at it and that one has been the most reliable lately. In a couple of days we should have a better picture. That's why now days you have to plan your sledding on a last minute basis.

Chas, i have saw it showing snow for friday and saturday now there saying possible snow for friday snow showers that is. Not sure what to think. Im headed to IP EITHER way. I havent ridden any local trails for 2 years and im in rutland. My buddies go out and when they come back they say ya it was OK. I just dont enjoy beating my new sleds to hell for a one day ride. I have wanted to ride from the house to snow angels but either im busy or the trails were below marginal. I sure hope i can get a couple at least local rides in. I hope this storm pulls through to make the trails ok.

If its a marginal storm on friday,. you can bet your rebel ass it will be beat to a pulp by the warriors.. MJO is going into mid stage 1.. Im thinking by feb 15.. we have a chance to salvage an otherwise un-mentionable sled season... pray Im right...

Trailer over to Pittsfield. Riding was pretty good this weekend. Why go all the way to IP when there is riding in your back yard?
