Just a suggestion... as I'm not a member of the CT Valley Club...

See if you can get the event covered by VAST news. It would be a great public-interest story & bring back the days of those 'warmup-huts' on the trail. I think the French word was 'relias.'

I've heard VAST officials will be in attendance. It would make a nice article.

May have to postpone this event until February 16th if we don't get some snow. The ground is bare around the ROOST.

I wish I could ride in and thank him,. but it really doesnt look like I willbe able to get out on the sled.

Doubt anyone can easily access the ROOST right now. Too much bare ground, etc. More info to come tomorrow.
