Need universal " Castle" doctrine. In Texas, it would be a Heros parade.

I've never had a problem shooting my gun in Ma, and have walked people off my property with a 12ga pointed in they're general direction and have yet to be arrested, your going to have to better than that!

WTF is wrong here? Why was this man arrested? i hope he calls the ACLU and the NRA for some help. this charge should be dropped and they should feel lucky if a countersuit isnt filed.
absolute bull$hit.
Im off to the NRAs website to renew my membership.
not about to let the OBAMAS take away my rights.
you realize no other SINGLE event in US history has ever spured such brisk gun and ammo sales as the election of curious george??

That is absolutely bullshit! Those communists who arrested him should all be ashamed of themselves.

You are right if it was self defense. In that case, shoot to kill. The guy got screwed because he wasn't protecting himself or his family. NEVER shoot to wound or scare. The guy would have been better off if the guy was in his house two feet away from him and he shot him 6 times, then what he's facing now.
