I am pretty sure they are referring to the car races becasue the website says the winter carnival is feb 13.

Dont have all details I live in Milton and pass their sign every night on the way home from work. Will keep updated. Last year a buddy and I came down from Alton by way of winni and took Roberts Cove following trail. But this proved to be kinda long and we missed the races, found it was quicker to go down the trail along route 11. Can get more accurate trail information from sled. PMSC also has a trail map online.
