Exclamation Polaris Edge Chassis question!!!

My question is what did the acronym EDGE stand for when the snowmobile group launched the EDGE chassis?

I've been wasting countless minutes on google with no avail! I'm stumped as are my co-workers.. my guess was "enhanced group design effort".

All i know is the edge was less expensive a chassis to build for polaris due far fewer parts compared to past sled platforms they manufactured.
