Anybody got a link for Polaris wiring schematics? In particular, I am looking for an '02 500 XCSP 500 Edge and an '08 700 IQ. Would like to wire 12V plugs for heated visors and am just wondering if there is already a connector I can use on each harness. Thanks.

On the 08 there is an unused DC acc. plug up by the air box wrapped in black cloth like electrical tape.

That plug doesn't put out full power. It's for the Digital Wrench program that the dealers use. There should be an empty plug available behind the driver's right footwell.

You got it. On my '08, it puts out about 5.7V. Same plug on the Edge puts out 15.8V. I'll look in the right footwell and see if I can find something. From the above schematic for the Edge, it looks like any yellow wire should be a 12V source. I'd be surprised if yellow isn't still 12V on the '08.

Is the 08s different from the 07s?
