I just got done ripping the bulkhead assembly (nun) out of my 03 Rev. Man, what a bitch of a job....one of those that you hope you can get it back together, given what a bitch it was to get apart. The front of my tunnel is pushed back a little bit too, wondering if anyone has any tricks for squaring up/straightening it, without resorting to the calibrator (sledgehammer ). I know SkiDoo has a bulletin (2004-10), but I can't find it anywhere.

Me and about 10 other guys asked for a link, or a copy of the bulletin emailed. We got no response. I'll see if I can search him out and send him a PM. Sorry for the multiple threads, this website is acting funky on me tonight.
