Dumb ass or cool trick??.

Did it once with mine to a lesser extent where I am sure my boat didn't disappear but water over the bow soaked everyone and I had 6" of water above the entire floor. I was being a dumb ass and never tried it again.

COOL TRICK.
I can do that on a jetski. You trim down and turn into a wave. It will actualy spiral into the water.

You can see him turn hard and cut the gas so he does not go to far under.

I can do that on my jetski in my sig... well not throwing it into reverse, but that is nuts on a fullsize boat.

Too stupid to own a boat. Probably turned the water damage in on his insurance so the rest of us could pay for it

That wasn't a stunt. Well, it was, but that wasn't the desired result. He was doing a bat turn and caught a roller that took the whole boat under.

Never subbed mine like that But then again I have never tried.......oops wife just saw the vid looks like I wont be trying.as far as the other vid (power turn) I do that all the time great with passengers in the bow they get soaked....A few times after that manuver I have had to drive around slowly with the pump on. When you dump 30 or so gallons over the bow, The boat does get sluggish.Master Craft boats are full of foam and designed not to sink with a ton of water in the hull.

Used to do that with big block jet boats, can be scary at hi-speed.

An XR17, a shallow V OB ski boat with bowrider. The boat was wide and very low with the nose tipped down a few inches above water. If I was putting along and a wave was coming I would give it some gas then quickly take my foot off of throttle. This caused the nose to drop and the wave would soak un-suspecting passengers. I did it on a little too big of wave once, filled the boat and it took all 200hp to get on plane as I believe it would not have floated. Was a real surprise and I never did it again.

Love the boat Sluhpup, skiing buddy just picked up a new yellow Matercraft bowrider.
