Default 06 secondary bushing

I have done multiple searches on the secondary bushing and haven't really found where you guys are buying them. I have gathered that the hub and new bearing will need machined, (not a prob) just need to find one to machine! Anybody find anything in mcmaster carr or anywhere that can be machined to fit? I have read I need .002 clearance.
