Blew a stud through rear exchanger and front radiator at 110 MPH.Went right through front one so I decided to use an Al. heater core from a car and mount it were the airbox on my F7 is.I disconnected the hoses from the front radiator and lengthened them w/.75" heater hose from Lowes and 3/4" plastic barbed couplers used for lawn irrigation. The cool thing is that air from the ram air dumps right on top of the new unit.I had to use KN connicle filters on my throttle bodies as I no longer have an airbox and have ridden new setup w/no problems (also added water wetter for xtra cooling).Motor is slightly modded w/ 2 degree key, .010 off head, ported cylinders and twin pipes and no issues, did reweld rear exchanger.
